Hey there, It’s almost Christmas, and I am going crazy. I’m sure I am not alone in my panic at this time of the year. I am probably a bit more fortunate than most, as I am a High School teacher who gets some more time off during the holidays than most people do. However, my life has recently been turned upside down as my newly divorced daughter has moved back in with my husband and me, with her precious 15 month old in tow. Also, my son will be returning home in 3 weeks to start his student teaching. So, we will have a very full house, but I am thrilled to have my family so close at hand for the holidays. I’m thrilled that my granddaughter is here, and of course what kind of a grandmother would I be if I didn’t say how gorgeous she is. She is the prettiest baby in the world!! Smartest too, of course! I hope everone gets all their crazy rushing around done, and then slow down and takes the time to remember how precious time and family truly are. Hope you all have a wonderful season! Love, Serena
